The aim of the study. Investigation of combination preparations subalin and ornitox the level of circulating immune complexes in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis on the background of neurocirculatory dystonia after infectious mononucleosis.

Methods. To implement the objectives of the study were used the clinical-biochemical, immunological and statistical methods .

To implement the objectives of the study were examined two randomized groups of patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis on the background of neurocirculatory dystonia after infectious mononucleosis - main (32 patients) and comparison (30 patients). Patients of both groups received conventional therapy on an outpatient basis. In addition, patients of the main group during the treatment received subalin and ornitox.

Results. Found that before treatment of the examined patients had disorders of the humoral immunity, namely the increase in the overall levels of circulating immune complexes. The use of combination modern drugs subalin and ornitox when treating patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis on the background of neurocirculatory dystonia after infectious mononucleosis contribute to the normalization of circulating immune complexes.

Conclusion. The use of combination preparations subalin and ornitox in the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis on the background of neurocirculatory dystonia after infectious mononucleosis has pathogenetic base and clinical perspective.
