        ABSTRACT
        
            Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), is a systemic autoimmune disease. Hemolytic anemia, leukopenia, lymphopenia, thrombocytopenia are the most common hematologic problems in SLE.  Our case was a 19 years old young girl presented with complaints of weakness.
