ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article was to consider various scenarios of realization of a strategic paradigm, and, first of all, from the point of view of probability of approach of the most adverse probable scenario conditions. This Article considers the key parameters and characteristics of the most significant risks from external and internal environment of JSC “National Medical Holding” by SWOT method. It allowed to give a structured description of the situation at JSC “National Medical Holding” and to give an initial assessment of the current situation.
